    Every day when I am out (if at all) and at work. I see people not doing this. I suppose it is because people are thoughtless not defiant.

    I don't know about "home schooling" -- from the writing I'd hazard a guess "Justina C" is Spanish.
    What amuses me is the way someone has (hyper)corrected BOTH "to"s to "too"!
